We have a few Quarter Shares and Half Shares available for our next processing date in July. Shares will be ready for pick-up as early as July 21st.

The breed of pigs we’re raising are called Berkshires. They’re a heritage breed, with a history that goes back 300+ years over in England. The pork is known for being tender, juicy, and well marbled with a rich flavor.

Our pigs are fed an organic mix of corn, wheat, oats, barley, field peas, alfalfa meal, and flax seed meal, along with all of their essential minerals and vitamins. Additionally, our pigs eat tons of organically grown veggies from the farm.

Delivery options available for half and whole pork shares purchased by folks who live in Longmont, Niwot, Boulder, and Lafayette.
