What cuts you’ll receive in a 60 lb Half Share:
-Pork Chops, Bacon, Spare Ribs, Country Style Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Picnic Roasts, Jowls, Ham Hocks, Italian Sausage, Breakfast Sausage, Chorizo, Cheddar Brats, Ground Pork.
All cuts will be frozen and vacuum sealed. Please make sure you have 3-4 cubic feet in your freezer to fit your share.
