The Five Course Dinner:
This June, Nicole and Mirasol of Forage Sisters are bringing their field kitchen to our pastures. They believe the table is a sacred space to slow down, share stories, and rediscover what connects us, and we’re so excited to have them at the farm.
Forage Sisters specializes in traditional methods of cooking, preparing their dishes from scratch and incorporating their love for live fire cooking. They care deeply about where their ingredients come from, focusing on the highest quality farm fresh products they can find.
Drinks for a Cause:
A portion of each ticket price is donated to Slow Food, a non-profit dedicated to food that is good, clean, and fair for all. To complement the evening’s menu, wine service is included with your seat, featuring a selection of pours chosen to highlight the flavors of the season.
