Pricing:
You will pay a $400 deposit through the website to reserve you lamb share. The remainder of the cost of the share will be collected at the time of pickup.
Shares are $21/lb for the hanging weight of the lamb. Typical hanging weights range from 40-50 lbs. This equates to about 30-38 lbs of meat. Your share price includes the butcher processing fees for the animal.
Cut Sheet:
After you reserve your lamb, we will contact you about what cuts of lamb you would like to get back from the butcher. Examples of cuts we ask for include ground lamb, racks of lamb, rib chops, loin chops, leg roasts, shoulder roasts, shanks, and stew meat.
Picking Up Your Share:
Your share will be ready for pickup the week after Thanksgiving. We will email you with an exact date. Pickup takes place at the farm. The address is 4601 Oxford Road Longmont, CO.
