Price: $12/lb of hanging weight of the pig. A half pig should be around 90 lbs of take home pork. Typical hanging weights for half a pig are around 110 lbs, but this may differ slightly from pig to pig.
The deposit to reserve your pig is $300. You will pay for the rest of the pork upon pickup. This pork will be ready for pickup between late January and early February. The exact date is to be determined, as it will depend on how the pigs are growing.

All cuts will be frozen and vacuum sealed. Please make sure you have 2-3 cubic feet in your freezer to fit your share.
