-Pork Chops, Bacon, Country Style/ Spare Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Italian Sausage, Breakfast Sausage, Ground Pork, Chorizo, Bratwurst, Jalapeno Cheddar Links. Ham Hocks, Jowls, and Fresh Ham Roasts available upon request.
Feel free to let us know if you would like bones, pork fat, and/or organ meat in your share.
All cuts will be frozen and vacuum sealed. Please make sure you have 3-4 cubic feet in your freezer to fit your share.
