What cuts you’ll receive in a 30 lb Quarter Share:
-Pork Chops, Bacon, Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Italian Sausage, Breakfast Sausage, Ground Pork, Chorizo, Bratwurst, Jalapeno Cheddar Links, Ham Steak. Pork Belly, Jowls, and Fresh Ham Roasts available upon request.
All cuts will be frozen and vacuum sealed. Please make sure you have 2-3 cubic feet in your freezer to fit your share.
